Job summary

RDC Paving in Texas is seeking a dependable Concrete Crew Laborer to assist with pouring, leveling, finishing, and curing concrete on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This is a hands-on, physical role requiring safety awareness and a strong work ethic.

You will help with site prep, move materials, operate basic tools, and maintain a clean job site. Previous concrete experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and travel as needed is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet in varying weather.
• Comfortable working with power tools, hand tools, and machinery.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Basic understanding of safety practices and ability to follow directions.
• Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site prep, including digging, grading, and setting forms.
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools to job sites.
• Break up existing concrete with hand tools or power tools.
• Remove broken concrete and other debris from work area.
• Help to pour and spread wet concrete.
• Collect and clean concrete tools when the job is completed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Support other crew members and take direction from supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
