Job summary

Alpha Paving Industries LLC is seeking a dependable Concrete Crew Laborer to join our construction team. You will assist with pouring, leveling, finishing, and curing concrete for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

This is a hands-on, physical role requiring attention to detail, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include site prep, material handling, and helping crew members.

Qualifications

• No formal construction experience required, but helpful.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet in varying weather.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site prep, including digging, grading, and setting forms.
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools to job sites.
• Break up existing concrete with hand tools or power tools.
• Remove broken concrete and other debris from work area.
• Help pour and spread wet concrete.
• Collect and clean concrete tools when the job is completed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Support other crew members and take direction from supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
