Readiness to vibrate concrete, place and finish, inspect work, and assist other trades on heavy civil projects and industrial facilities is required. Must be able to handle physical demands and various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' concrete finishing experience.
• Experience on heavy civil construction commercial job sites or industrial facilities.
• Ability to learn safety hazards and use tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Understand vibrating concrete technique.
• Place, finish, protect, and repair concrete for projects.
• Place and spread concrete using various tools and level/float the surface.
• Inspect completed work for proper installation.
• Cut rods to required lengths using metal shears, hacksaws, or bar cutters.
• Assist other craft workers as needed.
