Job summary

Executive Human Resource Service seeks a Construction - Concrete Project Manager in Dallas, TX. The role leads large concrete projects, interfaces with owners and design teams, and ensures project profitability and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction PM, strong concrete knowledge, and proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, and related tools. Travel across Dallas/Fort Worth area required; U.S. work status necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience with concrete projects.
• Experience overseeing projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong knowledge of structural concrete, foundations, tilt-wall, cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Experience administering contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, scheduling, and documentation.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting costs, and profitability.
• OSHA safety knowledge and compliance.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specs, contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple phases of commercial concrete projects; provide overall project direction with field leadership.
• Build long-term relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders; be primary contact.
• Develop and manage project budgets; monitor costs, forecasts, profitability, and owner billings.
• Coordinate procurement of materials/equipment; oversee schedules and milestones; manage subcontractor buyout and contract administration.
• Develop detailed project schedules; identify risks and implement recovery plans; coordinate manpower and materials.
• Champion a proactive safety culture; ensure OSHA compliance; support quality initiatives.
• Utilize MS Office, Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project and related tools.
