Job summary

Adams Bros. Concrete Products seeks a physical, safety‑minded team member to support daily plant operations.

The role involves operating production machinery, loading and unloading raw materials, and helping with routine equipment maintenance. You will maintain housekeeping and safety standards, assist with loading trucks and railcar work, and coordinate with the Team Manager to keep materials and drivers flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with heavy equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Flexibility with fluctuating hours at concrete plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and load/unload raw materials.
• Assist with routine plant maintenance and cleaning.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
• Support with loading trucks and railcar work.
• Coordinate with Team Manager for workflow and materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
