Job summary

Adams Bros. Concrete Products in Conesville, OH is seeking a full-time team member to operate production machinery, load materials, and support daily plant operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong teamwork, safety discipline, and the ability to perform heavy lifting. You will help with maintenance, housekeeping, inventory, truck and railcar support, and will coordinate with the Team Manager to keep workflow balanced.

Qualifications

• Flexibility with fluctuating hours at concrete plant.
• Previous experience a plus including basic heavy equipment skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport raw materials using manual labor or heavy machinery.
• Assist with routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs of plant equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
• Adhere to health, environmental, and PPE requirements.
• Assist with loading trucks and railcar operations.
• Support inventory management and workflow coordination.
• Collaborate with Team Manager to coordinate materials, drivers, and equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.
