Job summary

Duit Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Concrete Saw Operator in Edmond, Oklahoma to operate a walk-behind concrete saw for clean, accurate highway pavement cuts under the direction of the Saw Foreman.

This role requires knowledge of blade changes, safe operation, and ability to perform finishing and sealing tasks, along with the stamina to work in varying weather and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Knowledge of saw equipment, blades, and safety.
• Ability to gain clearance in restricted/high-security zones such as airports and military bases.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to travel and work overtime as required.

A Concrete Saw Operator is responsible for operating a walk-behind concrete saw to make clean and accurate cuts on highway pavement as directed safely and efficiently. Will require the ability to repair or assist in changing blades or repair machinery using hand tools and power tools. The ideal candidate will also have experience and knowledge of proper concrete finishing and sealing techniques

• Must be able to complete tasks promptly.
• Must be able to conduct post-cut inspections.

• Work in a variety of weather conditions, including temperatures over 85 degrees and below 40 degrees.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
• Ability to perform frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.li>
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to see and hear well (naturally or with correction.)
• Ability to travel and work overtime, as requested.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of concrete saw operator experience
• 1+ year of heavy/highway construction experience
