Job summary

Ajax Paving Industries, Inc. is seeking a Saw Operator to lead the hands-on field operation of sawing concrete paving projects, applying extensive knowledge of concrete paving operations and equipment in a fast-paced setting.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience operating a 65 HP concrete saw, hold a Class B license or higher, and possess a high school diploma or GED. Strong math, reliability, and clear communication are essential to ensure high-quality work.

Job description

The Saw Operator is responsible for the hands-on field operation of sawing concrete paving projects with extensive knowledge of concrete paving operations and equipment.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in safe and efficient operation and maintenance of 65 HP concrete saw for major Highway/Airport paving
• Excellent understanding of fresh concrete and effects of curing concrete under various conditions
• Capable of cutting fresh/hardened concrete straight and true
• Class B License or above with clean driving record

We require that they be committed to the total Ajax team effort by contributing to the proper completion of the work.
