Job summary

High Concrete Group LLC is seeking a Concrete Patcher for the 1st shift in Denver, PA. The role focuses on patching and repairing damaged concrete products in storage locations or on shipping trailers.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in the precast industry, experience in patching, and the ability to work outdoors. A valid driver’s license is required; travel lift/tow motor experience is a plus. Starting pay is $21/hour.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in the pre-cast/pre-stressed concrete industry preferred.
• Previous experience in concrete patching work.
• Ability to work outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Certified equipment operator a plus; travel lift and/or tow motor a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Apply proper floated finish to dry concrete as specified on drawings or by the area supervisor.
• Maintains proper uniformity for color and texture on all products assigned to be patched or rubbed.
• Inspect all assigned products for cracks, spalls, chips and color variations.
• Able to learn patch mix designs and proper color matching.
• Able to perform complex patching of major defects.
