Job summary

Kobalt Construction Inc. in Mount Pocono, PA seeks a Concrete/Mason Foreman to lead on-site operations for commercial, residential, and municipal projects. You will plan, supervise crews, coordinate materials, ensure safety, and meet project requirements across the Poconos and surrounding regions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive concrete/masonry foreman experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read blueprints to ensure quality workmanship and accountability on every project.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• Concrete/masonry leadership and crew supervision experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
• Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA) and field practices.
• Experience coordinating formwork, flatwork and deliveries.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily operations and assign tasks to multiple crews.
• Order materials and coordinate ready-mix deliveries for projects.
• Supervise fieldwork to meet specs, safety and schedule.
• Interpret blueprints and collaborate with PMs and inspectors.
• Maintain records and train crew members on procedures.
