Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Lead Truck Driver RMX MP to coordinate concrete logistics from plant discharge to pour sites, while managing a fleet of trucks and drivers. The role emphasizes safety, on-time deliveries, and collaboration with client personnel.

You will enforce DOT inspections, optimize cycle times, and ensure proper reporting of DVIRs and HOS logs. Travel to active project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; relevant work experience may substitute for a degree.
• 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce and Qlikview.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics to move concrete from plant discharge to pour site.
• Manage the truck fleet and drivers.
• Enforce safety protocols and DOT pre/post-trip inspections.
• Monitor delivery windows and minimize truck standby time.
• Track DVIRs, HOS logs, and delivery tickets for variances.
