Job summary

CMC in Martinsburg, West Virginia is seeking dedicated workers to assist in the production of precast concrete products. In this role, you will support tasks from setup to shipment, including pouring and finishing concrete while adhering to safety procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Support production of precast concrete products from setup through shipment
• Set up and prepare molds/forms (clean, assemble, apply release agents)
• Place reinforcing materials per specifications
• Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete
• Support curing process and strip finished products from molds
• Perform basic finishing (patching, smoothing, marking/stenciling)
• Cut and tie wire/rebar as needed for reinforcement
• Move and stage materials and finished products for curing or shipment
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

What You’ll Need

• Ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and kneeling) for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Availability for overtime, including weekends as needed
• Ability to work well on a team to meet production goals
• Basic math and reading skills (measurements, simple drawings)
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred

Your Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
