Job summary

CMC in Concord, NC is seeking individuals to support the production of precast concrete products. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working well in a team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support production of precast concrete products from setup through shipment
• Set up and prepare molds/forms (clean, assemble, apply release agents)
• Place reinforcing materials per specifications
• Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete
• Support curing process and strip finished products from molds
• Perform basic finishing (patching, smoothing, marking/stenciling)
• Cut and tie wire/rebar as needed for reinforcement
• Move and stage materials and finished products for curing or shipment
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
