Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings/prints to guide formwork and placements.
• Build and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete floors, walls, columns, and related structures.
• Set forms to correct elevations and locations; assist with reinforcing steel as needed.
• Erect forms using various materials and forming systems, primarily symon forms.
• Verify accuracy of structures using plumb bob, level, laser or transit.
• Assist with scaffold/ladder setup for elevated work areas.
• Communicate issues and needs with Foreman, Project Manager, or other supervisors.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in a safe condition and used properly.
• Assist with placement of concrete as required and coordinate with concrete deliverers.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to safety policies.
