Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a construction foreman-level candidate to supervise formwork for concrete structures in Houston. The role involves planning, coordinating crews, and ensuring safe, efficient form placement and stripping operations on site.

Responsibilities include supervising form checks, coordinating with other trades, and maintaining quality and safety standards in various outdoor weather conditions. 0–3 years of related experience preferred.

Formación

• Education: less than High School Diploma.
• Language Skills: read simple words, print and speak simple sentences.
• Experience: 0–3 years preferred in construction.
• Physical: heavy physical activity required.
• Manual Dexterity: fine finger dexterity to handle tools and materials.

Responsabilidades

• Check forms while concrete is being placed.
• Direct others in stripping forms after concrete is placed.
• May install miscellaneous materials integral to concrete structures.
• May install precast concrete elements.
• Prepare for slipforming traffic rail and median barrier.
• May install permanent metal deck forms.
• May work with power tools.
• Support safety policies and company goals.
