Job summary

Fessler & Bowman Inc. is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews across the Nashville area. You will manage field operations, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with the Superintendent to deliver quality commercial concrete work on time.

You will be responsible for directing 6+ crew members, maintaining production goals, and ensuring accurate reporting in Procore and other tools. A clear path to advancement as a Superintendent is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Concrete Foreman.
• Experience leading crews of 6+ on commercial concrete work.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Valid driver's license; clean driving record preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop crew members.
• Safety-first attitude.
• Commitment to integrity and our Code of Ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews of 6+ through concrete work on commercial projects.
• Maintain safety, quality, and schedule targets on site.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and PM and manage daily field activities.
• Run daily look-ahead, track quantities, and ensure materials on site.
