Job summary

Structured Trades in San Antonio, TX seeks an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on large commercial projects. You will supervise daily activities, read blueprints, ensure safety and quality, and manage materials and manpower to meet schedules.

Responsibilities include training crew members, coordinating with project managers, and maintaining high standards of workmanship on site. 5+ years of concrete experience with at least 2 years in a foreman role preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial concrete experience with at least 2 years in a foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finish, framing, and site prep.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.

Bringing your own crew is a plus!
