Job summary

American Concrete Products in Dallas is actively seeking a dedicated foreman to lead one of our production departments. You will work closely with the general manager and production supervisor to guide day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time project completion.

The role requires interpreting blueprints, leading a crew, and mentoring team members. We offer full-time year-round work with benefits, overtime opportunities, and a path for internal advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of blueprint and drawing interpretation experience.
• 5+ years of carpentry or precast concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

American Concrete Products is a leading manufacturer of quality precast concrete products for various industries. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking foreman to join our team. Train, mentor, and provide guidance to production team members to enhance skills and productivity.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent At Least 2 years of recent blueprint and drawing interpretation Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry or precast concrete construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
