Job summary

American Concrete Products is seeking a dedicated Concrete Laborer to join our team in Kansas City. You will assist with pouring, leveling and finishing concrete surfaces and help set up forms according to blueprints.

American Concrete Products is a leading manufacturer of quality concrete products for various industries. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team. We are looking for a form carpenter who can read blueprints to determine the proper dimensions, shape, and design of a form structure. The form carpenter uses precise measurements to cut and assemble boards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the pouring, leveling, and finishing of concrete surfaces
• Operate various tools and equipment such as cement mixers, trowels, and power screeds
• Set up and maintain concrete forms and molds
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a Concrete Laborer or a similar role
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
