Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a capable Foreman to lead commercial concrete flatwork crews on our projects in Hunts Corners, NY. You will ensure safe site setup, train crew members, and coordinate with superintendents to meet deadlines.

You’ll read blueprints, manage materials, and monitor quality while implementing OSHA safety guidelines. Prior supervisory experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial concrete flatwork experience.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and contracts.
• Well-versed in safety guidelines and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and instruction to concrete flatwork team members to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Coach team to elevate standards and performance.
• Communicate with flatwork superintendents to confirm materials and equipment are at the job site.
• Ensure safe site setup for each job and manage daily workforce activities.
• Document coaching sessions and progress for accountability and growth.
