Job summary

Zero Impact Builders is seeking a hardworking Concrete Professional to join our construction team. You will pour, spread, and finish concrete to spec, and design and set up forms. You will also apply sealants, manage expansion joints, and coordinate materials for timely project completion.

The role requires reading drawings, physical dexterity, and the ability to work long hours, including weekends, with reliable transportation within 70 miles of the area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the construction industry as a concrete laborer/finisher preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Mixing, pouring, spreading, and smoothing concrete.
• Designing and setting up forms.
• Molding expansion joints and edges as per instructions.
• Adding stones, colors, and decorative items to finish surfaces.
• Applying waterproofing and sealants for protection.
• Estimating materials and project timelines.
• Reviewing and repairing concrete structures as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, safe worksite and coordinating transport of materials.
• Willing to pitch in on other trades when required.
