Zero Impact Builders in Napa, CA is seeking a hardworking Concrete Professional to join our construction team. You will pour, spread, and smooth concrete to spec, and build forms to create sturdy structures.

You must read drawings, work long hours including weekends, travel as needed, and maintain safety standards while delivering quality finishes with waterproofing and decorative touches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven construction experience as concrete laborer/finisher or similar role.
• Knowledge of safety and health protocols governing the industry.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools like shovels, rakes, mixer, forklifts, and power washer.
• Skilled with excellent physical dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work long hours and weekends.
• Willingness to travel to different locations and work in extreme weather conditions.
• A team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation within 70 miles of area

Responsibilities

• Mix, pour, spread, and smooth concrete.
• Design and set up forms.
• Mold expansion joints and edges as instructed.
• Add stones, colors, and other decorative items for finishing touches.
• Use waterproofing solutions and sealants to protect concrete.
• Estimate materials required and project timeline.
• Review and repair concrete structures as needed.
• Clear the worksite of debris and prepare for transportation.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
• Place orders and arrange transportation of materials.
• Other duties as assigned, willing to pitch in on other trades on site
