Zero Impact Builders in Vallejo, CA is seeking a hardworking Concrete Professional to join our construction team. You will pour, spread, and smooth concrete to spec, design forms, and finish surfaces with sealants and waterproofing.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to read drawings, and willingness to travel to varied sites within the region while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven work experience in construction as a concrete laborer or finisher.
• Knowledge of safety and health protocols in the industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Willingness to travel and work in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Mixing, pouring, spreading, and smoothing concrete.
• Designing and setting up forms.
• Molding expansion joints and edges as per instructions.
• Adding stones, colors, and decorative touches for finishing.
• Using waterproofing solutions and sealants to protect concrete.
• Estimating materials and project timelines.
• Reviewing and performing repairs/restoration of concrete structures.
• Clearing the worksite of debris and coordinating material transport.
• Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
• Willing to pitch in on other trades on site.
