Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in concrete labor or finishing is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in construction.
• Physical dexterity and stamina for long shifts.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete.
• Design and set up forms.
• Mold expansion joints and edges per specs.
• Add decorative stones or colors as directed.
• Apply sealants and waterproofing.
• Estimate materials and schedule timelines.
• Inspect and repair concrete structures.
• Clear site of debris and prepare for next tasks.
• Follow health and safety protocols at all times.
• Arrange transport of materials as needed.
• Support other trades when required.
