Job summary

The SAM Construction Group is seeking a skilled form setter and concrete finisher to support residential construction projects in the Scottsdale area. You will perform form setting, finish concrete components, and work with a team to ensure quality and safety on each site.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, operating power tools, and maintaining strict OSHA standards while coordinating with Foremen and field engineers as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of concrete/construction experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction required or ability to obtain.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate power trowel and tie steel for concrete structures.
• Load/unload trucks and haul materials to site.
• Read blueprints and follow drawings or instructions.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and PPE usage on site.
