Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Foreman to lead form-work crews on heavy civil construction projects in the United States. You will read plans, set forms to grade, and supervise framing activities from ground to finish.

Responsibilities include coordinating with survey teams, installing forms for concrete structures, ensuring safety policies, and directing skilled trades on site. Strong communication in English and at least HS diploma required; 3+ years of field experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written communications.
• Move throughout a construction jobsite with physical activity and climbing.
• Follow safety policies and procedures as described in the safety manual.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience: three or more years related construction experience preferred.
• Heavy physical activity and manual dexterity required.

Responsibilities

• Set forms to line and level, read and understand plans.
• Work with survey crew to set stringline for paving, curb, and gutter.
• Construct forms for the placement of concrete and structures.
• Check forms while concrete is being placed.
• Assist and direct others in stripping forms after concrete is placed.
• Install miscellaneous materials in erecting concrete structures.
• Install pre-cast concrete elements.
