Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a construction supervisor/foreman to manage concrete formwork on projects in the United States. You will read plans, direct form placement, and ensure safety policies are followed on site.

Qualifications

• Reading and following simple instructions and plans.
• Ability to read basic words and numbers.
• 0–3 years of related construction experience preferred.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to handle tools and forms.
• Heavy physical activity in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Checks forms while concrete is being placed.
• Directs others in stripping forms after concrete is placed.
• May install miscellaneous materials integral to concrete structures.
• May install precast concrete elements.
• Prepares for slipforming traffic rail and median barrier.
• May install permanent metal deck forms.
• May work with power tools.
• Whatever enhances the operations of the company
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to the supervisor and/or Human Resources.
