Qualifications

• Concrete ADA Ramp experience required.
• Ability to bend, kneel and reach.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Finish surfaces of poured concrete floors to texture and flatness.
• Operate light equipment such as ride-on and walk-behind power trowels.
• Measure and lay out contraction joints for saw cutting.
• Use power saws to cut concrete slabs to prevent cracking.
• Apply curing compounds to increase curing action.
• Troubleshoot and solve finishing problems on site.
• Keep tools and equipment clean and maintained.
