Qualifications

• Concrete ADA Ramp experience required.
• Ability to bend, lift, kneel and reach.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete finishing duties on patching crew.
• Smooth and finish poured concrete floors to texture and flatness using hand/power tools.
• Operate light finishing equipment such as ride-on or walk-behind power trowels.
• Measure and lay out contraction joints for saw cutting.
• Use power saws to cut concrete slabs to prevent uncontrolled cracking.
• Apply curing compounds to concrete surfaces as needed.
• Maintain and clean all hand tools and power equipment.
• Set up and break down job sites and keep area safe.
