The Estimator will assist with quantity take-offs, pricing, and bidding for commercial and industrial projects. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, experience with structural concrete estimating, and knowledge of Microsoft programs. Qualifications

• Experience with structural concrete estimating preferred.
• Experience in estimating for a Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor is a plus.
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over 1 million dollars.

Responsibilities

• Set up estimates including correct alternates and labor production.
• Conduct take-offs owning all concrete scope items.
• Provide accurate project information for planning phases.
