Job summary

A top-tier commercial concrete contractor is seeking an experienced estimator to join the preconstruction team. In this role, you will lead estimating efforts for large-scale projects, collaborate with various teams for cost-saving insights, and maintain essential industry relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of estimating experience and strong proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Microsoft Excel. This is a full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, with a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of concrete estimating experience, ideally within large-scale commercial projects.
• Proven success managing complex cast-in-place concrete bids.
• Strong proficiency with estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating efforts for large-scale commercial developments.
• Partner with operations and project management for insights.
• Build relationships with GCs, developers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs and analyze project drawings.
