Clark Construction Group is seeking an Estimator to grow capabilities on design-bid-build and design-build projects. You will analyze drawings, specifications and proposals to prepare time, cost and labor estimates, with responsibility for portions of estimates across multi-discipline projects.

You will lead subcontractor discussions, evaluate quotes, and help develop strategies to win profitable work. The role requires reading and interpreting construction drawings, strong detail orientation,

Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read RFQ/RFP requirements and respond accurately.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Analyze drawings, specs, proposals to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Prepare portions of estimates for multi-discipline projects.
• Lead meetings with Subcontractors to develop complete scopes and strategy.
• Review total estimate for accuracy and completeness before quotation.
• Monitor comparison of estimated costs to actual costs.
