Lithko Contracting in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Estimator to join our team. You will support the estimating staff with quantity take-offs, pricing, and bid preparation for commercial and industrial projects.

Ideal candidates have experience with structural concrete estimating, proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook, and strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with self-perform concrete contracting is a plus.

Formación

• Experience with structural concrete estimating preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor is a plus.
• Experience with Commercial/Industrial projects preferred.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices for projects over $1 million.

Responsabilidades

• Sets up an estimate including alternates, general conditions, vendor and subcontractor pricing, and labor rates in line with bid strategy.
• Conducts a take-off by owning all items from take-off software and quantifying concrete scope items.
• Provides accurate project information to operations during turnover and planning phases.
• Validates that detailed information is provided to the operations team for execution planning.
