Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking a Concrete Estimator to join their team located in Kansas City, KS. In this role, you will assist the estimating staff with quantity take-offs, pricing, and bidding for commercial and industrial construction projects.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in structural concrete estimating and strong organizational and communication skills. Qualifications

• Experience with structural concrete estimating preferred.
• Good organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with various project types including Commercial/Industrial is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up estimates including alternates and general conditions.
• Conduct take offs and identify necessary concrete scope items.
• Provide project information during turnover and planning phases.
• Ensure accurate information is provided to the operations team.
