Qualifications

• Experience with structural concrete estimating preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organizational and communication skills essential.
• Experience in estimating for self‑perform general contractor or concrete contractor is a plus.
• Experience with commercial and industrial projects preferred.
• General knowledge of construction principles required.

Responsibilities

• Set up estimates with correct pricing and conditions.
• Conduct take‑offs by identifying necessary concrete scope items.
• Provide accurate project information to operations during planning and turnover.
• Validate that detailed information is provided to plan execution.
