Job summary

Tricon is seeking an Equipment Operator with concrete experience to support our heavy civil and concrete projects in Evanston, WY. You will operate excavators, loaders, and related equipment to prepare foundations, slabs, and various concrete placements.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, the ability to read site plans, and a valid driver's license. OSHA safety standards apply on outdoor job sites with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience.
• Experience with concrete projects preferred.
• Ability to read site plans and grade stakes.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and backhoes safely and efficiently.
• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and material handling for concrete projects.
• Assist with site prep for foundations, slabs, footings, and flatwork.
• Support concrete crews during forming, pouring, and placement operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and site plans.
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor and adjust equipment operation to maintain grade and alignment.
• Load, move, and place materials safely across the job site.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain clean and organized job site conditions.
