Job summary

Trillium Construction in Casper, WY is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to support concrete crews on a heavy industrial project. You will operate equipment and assist with tilt-up panels, form work, and structural concrete tasks.

You must have 8+ years of experience on active industrial sites, with strong safety practices and the ability to work with form and concrete crews. The role offers a 60-hour week, Mon-Sat, with a $250/day per diem and compensation up to $45/hour.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience operating heavy equipment on active industrial sites preferred.
• Proficient working alongside form and concrete crews.
• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of equipment safety practices and job site hazards.
• Basic mechanical knowledge with ability to identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle and set gang forms; support structural concrete and steel work.
• Operate heavy equipment listed (Traco Excavator, Hitachi Loader, New Holland Skid Steer).
• Conduct daily equipment inspections (pre- and post-use).
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and report issues promptly.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
• Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Assist with general site preparation, cleanup, and other duties as needed.

• Work includes handling and setting gang forms, supporting structural concrete and steel work, and assisting with tilt-up panel.
• Safely operate heavy equipment such as Traco Excavator (Link Belt), Loader (Hitachi), Skid Steer (New Holland)
• Conduct daily equipment inspections (pre-and post-use) to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations at all times.
• Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Assist with general site preparation, cleanup, and other duties as needed to support project operations.

Pay: Up to $45
Per Diem: $250 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week
