Job summary

Tricon-Industrial Construction seeks an Equipment Operator with concrete experience for our Dallas, TX projects. You will operate heavy machinery to support concrete placement, foundations, slabs, and utilities, upholding safety and quality standards.

We value 2+ years of equipment operation, ability to read site plans, and a valid driver’s license. OSHA certification is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with potential overtime and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience.
• Experience on concrete projects preferred.
• Ability to read site plans and layouts.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and backhoes safely.
• Excavate, grade, trench, and handle materials for concrete projects.
• Support foundations, slabs, footings, and flatwork with crews.
• Read blueprints and monitor grade/ Alignment.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance.
• Follow OSHA and company safety protocols.
