Knight’s Companies is seeking a Concrete Delivery Professional to operate a ready-mix truck and deliver high-quality concrete to customers. You will uphold safety standards, verify orders, and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting plant operations.

The role requires a CDL Class A or B, REAL ID, at least 1 year of CDL experience, and basic math skills, with bilingualism a plus. Sign-on bonus of $2,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A or B license required.
• Valid REAL ID in state of residence required.
• Must be at least 18 (SC) or 21 (GA).
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI in past 5 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years.
• Basic math skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck following DOT rules and company policies.
• Deliver concrete to job sites accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect loads for slump, texture, and color quality.
• Verify delivery instructions and site locations before leaving the plant.
• Maintain communication with plant personnel and dispatch.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Complete delivery tickets, logs, and inspection reports.
• Perform pre- and post-trip truck inspections.
• Keep truck clean and handle minor maintenance as needed.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow safety standards.

Knight’s Companies is seeking a Concrete Delivery Professional to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a ready‑mix truck while delivering high‑quality concrete products to our customers. This position plays a critical role in representing our company values, ensuring safety, and providing exceptional customer service on every delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies
• Deliver concrete to job sites efficiently and accurately
• Inspect loads to ensure proper mix consistency and quality (slump, texture, color, etc.)
• Verify delivery instructions and job site locations before departing the plant
• Maintain communication with plant personnel and dispatch for delivery coordination
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service at all times
• Complete required paperwork including delivery tickets, logs, and inspection reports
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment
• Maintain truck cleanliness and perform minor maintenance as needed
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety standards
• Support plant operations and assist team members when needed

What You Need to Be Successful:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A or B) required
• Valid REAL ID in state of residence required
• Must be at least:

• 18 years of age for operations in South Carolina
• 21 years of age for operations in Georgia

• Minimum of one (1) year of CDL driving experience required
• No DUI/DWI violations within the past five (5) years
• No more than three (3) moving violations within the past three (3) years
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
