Knight’s Companies is seeking a Mixer Truck Driver to join our growing team in South Carolina/Georgia regions. This role delivers ready-mix concrete, ensures quality, and upholds safety and customer service standards on every trip.

The position requires a CDL Class A or B, a REAL ID, and at least one year of driving experience. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A or B required.
• Valid REAL ID in state of residence required.
• Minimum 18 years old in SC and 21 in GA for operations.
• At least 1 year CDL driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI violations in past 5 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years.
• Basic math skills required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck per DOT and company policy.
• Deliver concrete to job sites accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect loads for slump, texture, color, and quality.
• Verify delivery instructions and locations before leaving.
• Maintain communication with plant and dispatch for coordination.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide service.
• Complete tickets, logs, and inspection paperwork.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment.
• Keep truck clean and perform minor maintenance.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow safety standards.
• Support plant operations and assist teammates as needed.

Knight’s Companies is seeking a Mixer Truck Driver to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a ready-mix truck while delivering high-quality concrete products to our customers. This position plays a critical role in representing our company values, ensuring safety, and providing exceptional customer service on every delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies
• Deliver concrete to job sites efficiently and accurately
• Inspect loads to ensure proper mix consistency and quality (slump, texture, color, etc.)
• Verify delivery instructions and job site locations before departing the plant
• Maintain communication with plant personnel and dispatch for delivery coordination
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service at all times
• Complete required paperwork including delivery tickets, logs, and inspection reports
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment
• Maintain truck cleanliness and perform minor maintenance as needed
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety standards
• Support plant operations and assist team members when needed

What You Need to Be Successful:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A or B) required
• Valid REAL ID in state of residence required
• Must be at least 18 years of age for operations in South Carolina
• Must be at least 21 years of age for operations in Georgia
• Minimum of one (1) year of CDL driving experience required
• No DUI/DWI violations within the past five (5) years
• No more than three (3) moving violations within the past three (3) years
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Bilingual skills are a plus

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Pay Range

$24 - $30 USD
