Job summary

Knight's Companies Inc. seeks a Mixer Truck Driver to operate a ready-mix truck safely and deliver concrete to job sites in Georgia and South Carolina. You will perform pre-trip inspections, ensure load quality, and maintain accurate delivery paperwork while representing the company's values.

Applicants should have a CDL Class A or B, a REAL ID, at least 1 year of CDL experience, and a clean driving record. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A or B license required.
• Valid REAL ID in state of residence required.
• Must be at least: 18 in SC or 21 in GA.
• Minimum of one year of CDL driving experience required.
• No DUI/DWI violations within the past five years.
• No more than three moving violations within the past three years.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Deliver concrete to job sites efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect loads to ensure proper mix consistency and quality (slump, texture, color, etc.).
• Verify delivery instructions and job site locations before departing the plant.
• Maintain communication with plant personnel and dispatch for delivery coordination.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service at all times.
• Complete required paperwork including delivery tickets, logs, and inspection reports.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections on equipment.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety standards.
• Support plant operations and assist team members when needed.

Knight's Companies is seeking a Mixer Truck Driver to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:

Minimum of one (1) year of CDL driving experience required

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Pay Range

$24 - $32 USD
