Job summary

The role requires 7+ years of field leadership, experience with subs and crews, and knowledge of commercial construction principles. You will drive safety programs, review drawings, and ensure quality workmanship across the project site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' applicable field leadership experience in construction and self-perform concrete.
• Experience with HCSS/Heavy Jobs, Procore or Bluebeam a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other a plus.
• Previous experience directing and coordinating multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of commercial construction principles/practices required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and maintain safe job-site areas.
• Schedule and manage multiple crews across the project site.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and team to ensure timely completion.
• Review shop drawings and submittals with project engineers.
