Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking an entry-level Laborer I to support concrete construction operations at project sites. You will assist skilled tradespeople, prepare sites, move materials, and operate basic tools as part of a crew building foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs.

The role emphasizes physical fitness, reliability, and willingness to perform a variety of tasks in varying weather conditions. Training and career growth are available within a stable, long‑standing organization.

Qualifications

• Able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly; up to 90 pounds with assistance.
• Must be comfortable walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor including jobsite clean-up and material handling.
• Operate motorized equipment and basic power tools.
• Assist in pouring vertical concrete and install reshores as directed.
• Weather exposure: work in cold/heat, noise and dust depending on site.
