Job summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC invites students pursuing Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields to join as a Concrete Construction Intern for a roughly 12-week program aimed at building foundational skills on the job site.

You will be mentored by dedicated managers, gaining exposure to field engineering, formwork, safety, scheduling, and production tracking while performing hands-on tasks. This internship prepares you for potential future roles in engineering or project execution.

Responsibilities

Actively utilize managers and mentors to understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality.
Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of your work objectives.
Learn through hands-on performance with teams via the daily preparation plan and project execution process.
Possibly perform field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, finish placement, slab prep, quantity take-offs, and more.
