Lithko Contracting, LLC. invites you to join a Concrete Construction Intern program.

Over about 12 weeks you’ll learn the fundamentals of concrete construction on the job site under a dedicated manager and mentors who are invested in your success as you’re introduced to multiple phases of work. Your responsibilities will include field engineering (line and grade), forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, finish placement, and slab prep, with your duties expanding as your skills grow.

Qualifications

• Working toward a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Delegation and teamwork experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Actively learn fundamentals of concrete construction on the job site.
• Work with managers and mentors to understand project scope, safety and quality plans.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives and track progress.
• Assist with field engineering tasks, formwork, and inspections as appropriate.
• Support daily safety, quality, and execution of tasks.
• Adapt to evolving duties as skills grow and may include various site activities.
