• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Actively utilize resources to understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality plans.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with teams via daily preparation and project execution.
• Assist with field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, finish, slab prep, and quantity take-offs.
• Demonstrate drive to excel, be action-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Join a team that builds on site; adapt to rough terrain and weather; arrive on time.
