Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction, LLC invites a Construction Intern to join our Cincinnati, OH location, supporting both planning and execution of concrete projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience in formwork design, estimating, scheduling, and safety tracking, while collaborating with engineers, managers, and field teams.

This one-on-one learning role aims to translate classroom knowledge into real projects, building practical skills, confidence, and a clearer career direction in construction.

Qualifications

• In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM Modeling is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and estimating to ensure safe, economical form systems.
• Prepare formwork layout drawings and erection instructions for field crews.
• Assist project teams in monitoring safety, cost, and schedule.
• Help resolve design concerns with the project team.
• Assist in quantity surveys, formwork estimates, and proposals.
• Coordinate material purchases, deliveries, and forecasting.
• Support special projects and general organizational duties.
