Job summary

Doggett Concrete, Inc. is seeking a General Concrete Construction Laborer to support our field teams in Charlotte. This role involves physical labor to build, set, and repair concrete structures, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

You will assist in site setup, operate basic tools and equipment, handle materials, and follow supervisor instructions. A high school diploma is preferred; must be able to pass a drug test and meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Experience in concrete construction or related field advantageous.
• Strong understanding of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and preparing construction sites as directed.
