Job summary

Colorado Deck and Landscaping is seeking a General Concrete Construction Laborer to support a busy field crew on exterior and structural projects. You will mix, pour, finish, and repair concrete while following safety protocols and coordinating with teammates.

Applicants should have basic construction knowledge, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and endure outdoor conditions. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are preferred, with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
Must be able to stand, walk, and move for long hours
Must be able to kneel, bend, and squat frequently
Experience in concrete construction or related field advantageous

Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and preparing construction sites as directed.
Operate tools and machinery for concrete preparation, mixing, pouring, and finishing.
Transport and handling various construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient work progress.
Follow instructions from supervisors and implement construction plans effectively.
Participate in training and safety programs to enhance job performance and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
