Decker Concrete, Inc. is hiring a Concrete Laborer to support concrete and construction operations. You will assist with site preparation, material handling, form setup and general labor using hand and power tools.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficiency in commercial, agricultural, and residential settings. The position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, read a tape measure, and follow directions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Willingness to be trained on multiple areas.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Able to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team prepping and pouring concrete in commercial, agricultural and residential settings.
• Perform general construction labor from project start to finish.
• Operate construction and concrete tools and assist in material handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety guidelines and company standards.
